1.SITE DESIGN
We work with you to create a clear, simple, eye-catching website, including photos and text agreed by yourselves.
Your website is unique to yourself so you can use it to advertise via lots of different holiday advertising sites - maybe link your website to www.ownersdirect.com, www.holidaylets.net, www.spain-holiday.com etc so that your property gets optimum coverage.
If you use a management company to market and look after your property then we can simply put their details on the Contact page.
2. WEB NAME
Your web name (eg. www.yourpropertyname.com) is purchased by us and registered in your name with ourselves as the technical contacts.
3. WEB HOSTING/WEB SPACE
Your website sits on a large computer which means that customers can view your site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, that the site is secure and that it is backed up regularly.
4. CALENDARING FUNCTION
The Calendar is easy to understand and can provide your customers with vacancy informatioin at a glance. We administer the more complex set up and web administration side of this service which leaves you to update your bookings and manage your customers. (If you would like a calendar but would rather we update it for you then please contact us for details)
5. FUTURE WEBSITE UPDATES / ADDITION OF SPECIAL OFFER NOTES
Included in our package you have the ability to change the text and photos on your site as you desire. If you have changes to make please send these by email in the form of a word document or email note and we will action the changes within 3-5 days. This means that if you would like a special offer adding for a week that has not yet sold then all you have to do is email us and we will include the offer on your website.
NOTE: This does not include the ability to undertake a site re-design (that is the changing of background colours/menus/fonts/layout etc)
6. ADVERT ON OWNERS MALLORCA
When we design and host your website for you, you will also receive an advert on WWW.OWNERSMALLORCA.COM . Your property will automatically be added to this website which aims to be a central resource for holiday makers who are looking for family owned fincas and small hotels on Mallorca.
NOTE: As a company we truly believe that you need to advertise your property in a number of places in order to get the coverage you need to achieve the number of weeks/months letting that you require. We will try to advise you of which other advertising companies may be beneficial to you.

TRANSLATION
We can translate your website into different languages as desired. For an average website translation into Spanish or German there is a one off charge of 150 Euro per language. This includes having the text on the site translated by a native speaker of that particular language, and recreating the site in that language with new links between languages.
If you provide the translated text to us then the cost to add the new language version of the website is 50 Euro per language added.

PHOTO SERVICE
If you would rather we visited your property to take the photos for the website this is possible for a charge of 95 Euro
